AI Acquisition Webinar SMS Terms of Service

These Terms govern the AI Acquisition Live AI Services Workshop SMS programme operated by Growth Partner & Consultancy LTD, operating as AI Acquisition ("AI Acquisition", "we", "us" or "our").
Programme Description
The AI Acquisition Webinar SMS programme provides informational messages to individuals who register for the AI Acquisition Live AI Services Workshop and separately choose to receive text messages.
Messages may include:
- Workshop registration confirmation.
- Webinar access information.
- Scheduled event reminders.
- Responses to workshop-related support requests.
This programme does not send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties, sell leads or transfer messaging consent to another business.
Optional Consent
SMS enrolment is optional.
To enrol, you must provide your mobile telephone number and actively select the separate SMS consent checkbox on the workshop registration page. The checkbox is not selected by default.
You may register for the workshop without consenting to SMS messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Automated webinar messages are typically limited to four messages per registration. Additional responses may be sent when you request support.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
You may also use another commonly recognised opt-out keyword, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.
After opting out, you will receive no further messages from this programme unless you separately opt in again. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed.

Delivery
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The programme may not be available through every carrier or in every location.

Changes or Termination
